Helm Training have an exciting new employment opportunity available for young people seeking employment between the ages of 16-29. The vacancy is within our ‘Be the Change Team’ as a Young People’s Ambassador. We are looking for young people with a lived experience of hardship or adversity to join a team. The team is looking for individuals with genuine passion to influence change, the ability to work well with others and have good basic communication skills.

Ambassadors will have the opportunity to travel and work with groups of young people all over Scotland. They will earn an SQA qualification, learn about film making while developing their communication and team-working skills. The films of young people’s experiences will be used to evidence and leverage change in our education system.
