Dundee TSI project Link Up Whitfield, in partnership with Nourish Scotland, are delighted to host a Food Justice Workshop this coming month.

• Date: Tuesday 27th March
• Time: 10am- 12pm
• Venue: Community Services Complex, 101 Whitfield Drive, Dundee

Workshop outcomes

Every workshop is tailored – to identify what would be most useful to attendees around food justice issues. We tend to structure it around these themes:

• Explore what the right to food means – in law and in practice
• Explore what the potential of the Good Food Nation Bill is
• Look closer at how people can advocate for a rights-based approach to the food justice issues in their communities

This is a free workshop and for anyone who works and volunteers in the third sector with an interest in food and health. Nourish Scotland is a food justice NGO. They are campaigning for a rights-based approach to food – a fairer and more sustainable food system is not only possible, but is our individual and collective entitlement.
